Ok this is going to sound dumb. It's my first time taking clen . I bought some liquid clen 30mL 200mcg/mL off Ar-r and I just read a post about drinking it. I assumed I would have to inject this stuff (but then I suppose it would be called gel?).

You shouldn't be using it at all. It's for research. Secondly, you drink it.

Do NOT inject arr's clen . You take it orally.

Be very careful with clen...it's very powerful. Start off with 25mcg that's .125ml on the syringe.

I normally start with 1 drop (20mcg) and make your way up over the coming days, but not exceeding 100mcg (5drops). Dont forget your 3g - 5g of Taurine each on day.

3-5g taurine should be taken
