Just a quick question on an order. I trust ar-r and i know i will get my order. That is not the question here. Just curious my order says complete on my account on the ar-r site. How long after that do i get my confirmation email, and how long until im able to track the product? i can give he order number, but wasnt sure if i should.

Just recieved my clen today & I order it on thurs.Never got a e-mail from them I just checked there web sight.Just press were it says shipment & it would tell you your tracking #.I think they had my tracking # the next day after I put my order in.

Update, never got the email. But hell i ordered monday morning. Just recevied everything today...wed afternoon!!!

I've always taken taurine in the morning after my clen dosage. But you can split it up. Not real sure if it matters or not.

I take 3-5g.

I just take all of mine in a shake during the post workout. Doesn't seem to matter when for me. It's only a teaspoon. You could even drink it in a bit of water if so inclined.

Ok one last question about the clen . My roomate was taking th pill form of Clen 40mcg tabs, she was told to cut the tablet into 3 or 4 pecice and take throught out the day. So if I'm up to 100mcg with arr product, should I take it in one shot or split it up?

If it's 100 mcg/mg then:

20 mcg = 0.20 ml
25 mcg = 0.25 ml
50 mcg = 0.50 ml
100 mcg = 1.0 ml

There is a good clen sticky that explains all the dosages, when to take, etc. You really should take the time to read through it.

Lol I know how to dose it. And read all the sticky's. Was just curious if I should tale the full amount of 100mcg or split into equal doses throughout the day??

I take mine all at once, but wait for someone else to second that as I am new.
I would say do what feels best and works best for you.
