    Been out for awhile need help

    I have been out of the gym for the last 2 1/2 years. Im back at it for 2 months now but I have no idea where to take off. Are these Research chemicals provided by AR-R sterile for injection ? Or are they oral only. Thanks your friend the born again newb.

    Do NOT inject the research chems. Oral only.

    The peptides, after reconstitution, has to be injected.

    all of ar-r 's research chemicals are oral only. I think the liquid chems are easier to dose.
