    How much fat/weight per week?

    I worked out my TDEE and I have done this before, I ate around 1500 cals per day and lost 2 lbs per week on average.

    If I were to take Clen , how much more fat per week could I lose? Could I lose more than 2 lbs per week or could I just eat more and still lose 2 lbs per week?

    When I'm no such low cals for that long bad things happen. I only want to lose 10 lbs of fat.

    What type of results have people achieved?

    I am interested in this as well, especially the how much to eat part. I am a 210ish range right now and I want to get to a lean 200-202 when I start with the clen in a couple weeks.

    Not knowing any of your measurables I am guessing that you are going to be losing muscle on 1500 a day. That is almost starving yourself.

    There isnt a set number. Everyone is different and your diet and training can affect this also. No one can come in and say you will lose 1.64 pounds of fat per week

    yea everyone responds different to clen , but it is strong and it does work, so it should really help boost your weight loss.
