You may want to supplement with some taurine. Clen depletes the liver of it.

I would also supplement keto so that you can run clen continuous, and it will also help with sleep.

I had to take 5g (5000mg) of Taurine a day and about 400mg of K. To keep from getting cramps. Im 205lbs 6' 3". I would just experiment with how much you need. I started off taking 3g and i would get cramps in the gym while working out or running. But at 5grams no cramps. Also drink lots and lots of water.
