    How do i take ar torm and aromasin

    Do i take it with water or just out the syringe supplied ?

    I take my liquid orals in a small glass of orange squash...

    Then fill the glass back up with water to get any last bits out

    I was thinking the same thing. Also, diluting it before or after its in your body is the same thing. As long as you get the right amount of chemical in your body youll be fine
