iv had these two in the glove box in my van since around september time will they still be ok to use? its been a bit cold latly so chances are it may have frozen and thawed out once or twice?

Id say your probibly ok since it was not during the HOT summer, which would be worse. but also freez-thaw probibly isnt good for it nether.

The tamox i know for sure has at least crashed. You will have to heat it up to get back into solution.
