i got scammed again by them a second time.... they are messing with me

I have tried before to order, the money go taken off my Creditcard, so i had to submit a fraud claim, before the claim went through they did refund my money

I tried yet again yesterday, and when submitted got " incorrect information request denied.... then checked my account surprise surprise... they took the money!!!!

Like just give me my product...stop ****ing around with me

Exactly - which makes this entire thread extremely suspect - even transparent.
Either way the service at ar-r is top notch - im sure if the proper steps are taken to contact them - whatever possible mix ups would and always have been handled expediciously.

how can a company who accepts & works on credit (in America) scam...I do not understand fully
seems like user error for the most part -sorry for the rough experience (websites have troubles and alternative suppliers are fairly abundant)

filing fraud claims ASAP vs our advertisers is unethical/unappreciated imho

Well why have they messed up not once...but twice on my order... the first time they took 2 payments on my credit card for around $60.... i just get angry when i get no customer service response... its very unprofessional & on the shady side

yep, i've never had an issue either...

if i put wrong infor in,.. and if I'm using a debit CARD the charge shows right away... and if it's declined, or something goes wrong, then the money/credit is always put back..

issues..

but ar-r .com is not a scam site, never has been..

and bashing/slandering a usa company is a good way to get sued.. after all they know exactly who you are and where you live..

Oftentimes the money looks "gone" on your card (if it is a credit card, like you say), but it is just a reserved amount that is a temporary hold until the card is actually charged when the order is processed and shipped.

I am always surprised when someone has a problem as I have ordered so many times without issue.

in fact, im making another order as soon as they are back up and running. and shipping to Canada was easy peasy..

No problems ever. I have an order placed right now and the site is down. Money is gone off card but I am not worried at all. Just wondering if shipments are still being sent out that were already put through.

The site isn't junk and they do reply, maybe check your junk inbox. And if you have been charged twice, stop hitting the submit button on your order multiple times...

I have never had an issue with them. Many orders. All good. I would suggest posting on their thread and asking them to resolve the situation. I certain you will end up a happy camper.

Just in case no one knows how to actually search and read through other Forum entries. AR-R is down for the next 24-48 hours, as posted YESTERDAY!!!! Personally, I've used them many times. Their products are legit, they work awesome and with a little patience, I'll order with them again as soon as they're up and running. I simply can't believe AR-R has scammed anyone, it just doesn't fit their business ethic.

Have had problems with them before, twice, and not with CC just missing items or shipping problems, but they have rectified them fairly quickly. Sometimes you just have to be a little patient. They are in no shape or form any type of scam; I can assure you of that!

I ordered from them more then 20 times various product and they are top notch, just ordered T3 and albuterol. Got in within 3 weeks. I did created a wrong order at some point and cancelled it, they charge me 4$ of fee which i did not mind because it was my mistake a part from that everything is fine with them.
