    Question AR-r

Hey all,it's been awhile since I posted but still lurk often

I need to know if there have been changes at Ar-r recently.

Reason I ask. I placed an order on the morning of the 28th
and for several days I was assured the package shipped on
the 31st. Priority from them to me, is usually 3 days @ max.
    ok..no biggie.

Yes holidays cause delays, this we all know. But what bothers
me are the bold face lies assuring it was indeed shipped on
    monday 31st,it was not.

Tracking info was provided, but for days only stated electronic
info recieved. Well, tracking says it was finally shipped today.

I just wanted honesty from the person I was emailing with today.
Not looking to bash, just trying to understand why they would lie
and not be honest with me. Are they still safe to deal with? idk.

Yes, they are still safe to deal with. Things like that are probably a lot more common around Christmas.

With all the days that businesses and the post office were closed it is easy for those things to happen. They process it, box it and the automated response goes to you...but the post office is closed that day, or is closed the next day and the daily pickup has already happened.

Very sorry for any inconvenience. I assure you that customer service did not lie to you intentionally. It was an honest mistake. Like Johnny says, it gets crazy around here, and your package should have went out before yesterday.

Customer service will also be contacting you about this mishap.

    Yours,

    ar-r
