Thumbs up no carb diet protien pudd'n'

read about using cream (there are no carbs in this) and protien mix for a pudding and decided to go for it.
6 table spoons of whole cream (not half and half) and one scoop of protien. stir until pudding is made.
i used nectar natural peach (mmmmm.. mmmmm... good)
    390 calories
    23g protien
    30g fat
    0g carbs

this is for no carb or ultra low carb cutting diets.
    it was really good.

it would be high in fat and sat fat but that's what you aim for when on a no carb diet.
that's the reason to use the cream. it's high fat with no carbs.

ok, so forget about the peach flavored nectar powder. i have now tried the chocolate nectar and wow, it seriously taste like pudding you would eat just for a treat.
give em a try and let me know what you think. just remember this is for low to no carb cut diets due to the fat content in the cream.

Got some of this in the fridge and freezer. The original tasted amazing - like chocolate mousse. Cant wait till this stuff is frozen/cool.

the one in the freezer is frozen solid the one in the fridge is not bad. Either way it tastes good and if your after sumthin sweet while on a keto diet - This is a good one.

At 1 hour it was just chilled nothing special and overnight it developed a skin and was again chilled in the center. If i could get it to a mousse consistency it would be nice. I used ON's double choc gold standard.

I really need to start getting a variety of recipes because im starting to crave carbs and have been eating the exact same meals everyday which is starting to put me off a bit but results have been great.

Will be doing an update on my keto diet for those who are interested on sunday Ketogenic Diet Help.

hahaha just tried that 10 mins ago.

First attempt was nutella & PB melted then mix with cream and then in fridge - heaven. Like eating fudge but 1 tablespoon of nutella is 10g carbs. Because i aim for about 20g carbs/day if i have something like the above im not going overboard.

Then the next attempt was PB and whey and then cream then in fridge. Was pretty good for a no/low carb sweet snack.
