I actually ate a whole can of tuna without even gaging!

1 can of tuna in water drained very well flakes and mix with 3-4 tablespoon of raspberry salad dressing (kraft) and let it sit a few mins

    !!!!??????!!!!!

And that's all folks! I've been trying to eat tuna for ages and today was a breakthrough!! I ate that sh!t like nothing. Sooo simple yet so amazing!

Will have to try it out... I go through the same bouts with tuna, always come back but always wind up failing!!

Only issue is I imagine the dressing adds a significant amount of sugar depending on how much you use.

I add some mustard or some days ketchup and eat it straight. Not that bad.

I know it sounds gross but throw a can of tuna in the blender with two eggs a scoop of protien some tobasco and water. dosnt taste the greatest and a bit chunky but very health and high in protein and goes down fast. i love tuna but if you dont this way is much faster than sitting and trying to eat the can of tuna plain if you dont like it.

I eat my tuna straight from those new bags they have now. Really nice for the office. I get worried about the mercury content of that stuff though.

Tomorrow I will be trying the "low sodium" version of white albacore in water... We'll see what the difference is... Hopefully not any worse
