Reese's Peanut Butter Pancakes
I made up this recipe and I can not stop eating them for my post workout meal.
Mix the following ingredients until in a pancake batter:
1 scoop Metabolic Nutrition Protizyme Peanut Butter Cookie protein
2 tablespoons PB2 Peanut Butter Powder
.5 tps baking powder
330g sweet potato (you can add or subtract given the amount of carbs you want to take in)
2 egg whites
This will make 4 pancakes. Spray Pam on a pan and evenly spread batter into 4 pancakes. I added a few choc chips on each to give it that Reese's taste.
Total macros without chocolate chips: 527 calories/76g carbs/5g fat/46g protein
Here are a few pictures:

On their website it's $58 shipped! Which is crazy, I agree. But Vitamin Shoppe sells it for $32. I can't have lactose or anything with gluten in it. I haven't had a protein powder in years, I've always just ate all meals, until I gave this a try. I haven't had one problem since taking it and the taste is amazing.

Sounds sick!!! I'm not so sure about the sweet potato though... i'd probably stick with ground oats to act as my 'flour'. Looking forward to trying these!

Do you guys not like sweet potato? You don't taste it as if you ate them regularly. I'd eat 5000g of them a day if I could lol

Made these into cookies and muffins/cup cakes. The thought of having any of those words post workout meal just excites me. Forgot to take pictures, so I will do it again one day this week.
