    Jamaican jerk chicken

    Half teaspoon of cinnamon
    Half a teaspoon of ginger
    1 teaspoon of garlic powder
    1 teaspoon of coriander
    1 tablespoon of hotsauce ( you can use chopped chillies or chilli flakes)
    3 tablespoons of low sugar tomato ketchup
    The juice of one lemon (you can use bottled juice)
    1 teaspoon of black pepper
    Pinch of salt

    Add all of the ingredients to your chicken, mix together well then leave to marinade for at least one hour, then cook in the manner you please. Grill or bake, both work well, this recipe is also great for BBQ

    Sounds good. I've got 2 lbs of pork sirloin in the fridge, I may try this recipe out on it.
