Salmon Pasta w Tomato sauce
Quick and easy I do this for lunch
Ingredients:
Barilla Multi-grain Pasta (enough to make 1 cup)
1 can Chicken of the sea salmon
1 cup Tomato sauce
Parm. cheese
Grab a pot and throw in some water. Heat to a boil. Toss in pasta and boil for 6 minutes
Drain out water and toss in rest of ingredients and your done!
Great protein, good carbs, good source of Fiber and ALA.
Tips: You can put in the Udo 3 6 9 oil to boiling pasta or after it's finished. Also when adding pasta, if using small pot use tongs or something to keep pasta off edge of pot so it doesn't get burned when putting in the raw pasta.
I also have a side dish of 2 cups dark green veggie.Last edited by Brohim; 11-20-2012 at 02:25 PM.

The salmon in a can taste good that is all I have used because it's cheap. But I just bought some frozen salmon filets that I am going to grill up and toss in some lemon and use that to switch it up.
