Bigshot Yam Fries and Chipotle dip
2 med yams
2 tbls xtra virgin olive oil
1/2 tsp paprika
1/2 tsp oregano
1/2 tsp thyme
2 cloves garlic, crushed or grated
1/2 cup no fat greek yogurt
smoked chipotle hot sauce
Cut yams in half and quarter each halve. Combine oil, herbs, spices and garlic in mixing bowl. Lightly wash cut yam fries in bowl. Cook in oven at 425 for 35 min or until skin is crispy.
Combine yogurt and hot sauce until desired taste, I like mine strong
Macros depend on how much yam you use!!!
A great way to get your complex carbs when regular baked yams get a little played out.

I really love yams (sweet potatoes) but I gotta say, this sounds damn good. I'm off all next week so I'll report back on this one for sure.
