Austinite's Green Bean, Mushroom, Spinach Soup - Super low calorie & zero fat.

    Ingredients and Macronutrients [Cal/F/C/P]:

    2 Cups - Chicken Stock
    20/0/2/2

1 Tablespoon - Low Sodium Soy Sauce
    10/0/0/0

    1/2 Cup - Chopped Spinach (120 gr)
    20/0/4/2

1/2 Cup - Chopped Green Beans (120 gr)
    20/0/4/1

    1/2 Cup - Sliced Mushrooms (115 gr)
    20/0/5/2

    1 Large Egg
    78/5/0/6

    Total Macros:

    Calories: 168
Fat: 5 (unless you use egg whites only)
    Carbs: 15
    Protein: 13

This is 2 servings for me. So a single serving would be 84 calories, 7 carbs, 6 protein and zero fat.

    Instructions:

    1. Combine all ingredients except the egg into pot.
    2. Bring to a boil then simmer for 10 minutes.
    3. Whip egg into a cup.
    4. While spinning the mixture, slowly pour egg into mix. Keep spinning till egg is cooked into mix.

    Done.

You can obviously add to this. Chopped or shredded chicken would be great and you can top off with a sprinkle of your favorite shredded cheese. Surprisingly very filling considering how low the calories are. Great addition for anyone's cutting diet.

Looks bueno. I'm going to give this a try, maybe add some of my 96/7 Grass Fed Buffalo in it.

^ Yes, macronutrients are low, but MICROnutrients are tremendous!

Vitamins A, B's, C. Magnesium, iron, Calcium, and a whole lot more, in valuable quantities, too.

Austinite, eggs have fat so this recipe doesn't have 0 grams of fat; but it has very little. 1 egg has between 4 and 5 grams of fat.
