SARMS dose recommendations for 50 y/o male

My hubby is 50 and currently on test, hgh, and DHEA. He's only 3 months into hgh and not noticing any positive effects as of yet. He has some pervious spinal injuries and a lot of joint and back pain due to a strain last year. I believe his hgh hasn't taken effect yet as my sources and hia doc says it takes about 6 months. However he is looking to try SARMS specifically Ostarine. Our supplier and packaging says a dose Men – 10-50mg / per day for 4-6 weeks but that is a big variance. Should he start low and increase if needed?

Are they're any other opinions of SARMS rather than Ostarine? We don't know anyone with experience with these

    Thanks!

I ran two cycles of Ostarine and was left wanting more results when it came to bulking up. So now I am trying LGD 4033. I am three weeks in and am noticing some pretty big gains in my back and shoulders. I am up 5lbs so far. I am 39 yrs old, 5'5 and weigh 194. I am around 18% bodyfat . My wife has noticed as well. She says its "hulkish" lol. Anyway, no sides to speak of so far. I just had my blood drawn today so I will know Friday how it is affecting my lipids.

Well he is looking to gain his lean muscle mass back and has heard conflicting reviews on HGH aiding his recovery of injuries.. we read that SARMS may aid in this as well or is that wrong?

Ostarine, twice now has helped an old tendentious injury of mine heal. It is helpful when it comes to joints and tendons.

Instead of SARMS , might look to nandrolone decanoate for help with inflammation & building muscle. Remain patient with growth hormone , good luck!

Do his back injuries have to do with his back or spine?
I have had bulging disc in the past and what has helped me was bpc-157/tb500.
I did trying getting HGH from a clinic but they are too scared of the FDA when someone doesn't have levels that are of a dead person.

Now,I don't know where you get the HGH from ,but what dose is he taking?
Note that BPC upregulates growth hormone expression in tendon fibroblast.
I couldn't find a study on disc or spinal injuries ,but I assume those peptides work the same way ,as it has helped me with my disc where I can deadlift again.

I did not take HGH or any other peptides besides those two.
That's my recommendation. Add them in and make sure your source is legit .
Also ,is he doing any rehabilitation exercises for his back?

It's important to give it some more time as you mentioned. As for SARMS , Ostarine seems to be a popular choice, but the dosage recommendations can vary depending on the individual and their goals. Starting with a lower dose and gradually increasing it could be a good idea to see how his body responds. If you're interested, I came across this informative article https://washingtoncitypaper.com/arti...loss-and-more/on the SARMS stacks for cutting, bulking, mass, fat loss, and more. There are many different types of SARMS out there, each with their own unique benefits and potential side effects.
