    ok guys starting next week this is my new split
    MON – CHEST
    TUES – BACK
    WENS _REST
    THURS- LEGS
    FRI SHOULDERS
    SAT – BIC/TRIC
    SUN -REST

    Monday: Chest/Triceps
    Tuesday: Off
    Wednesday: Back/Biceps
    Thursday: Shoulders/Traps
    Friday: Legs/Abs
    Saturday: Off
    Sunday: Off

    ???
