Thread: 1st Cycle Need Some Help

    I agree that a week is not enough research to take the 'plunge'. Hang around read, research. Build a cycle based on what you have learned and have other help tweek it for you. Based on what you stated your goals are I would look into the following:

    Test: Sust, Cyp, Prop
    EQ, Anavar, T3, among others. Also, do plenty of research on your PCT and Anti e's as well.
    **I am not saying you use all of these compounds in your first cycle**

    It's your body and you only get one. You should fully understand any foreign substance you are puting in it.

    Thanks for the advice. I will keep doing research and post questions as I go.

    Meal 5 is usually where the problems happen. For the most part that is what I follow.

    could use a good bit of work, nutrient timing, macro ratios and overall food choices could use some work, i can't see the amounts so i'll hold judgement on that, go post over in the diet section and we'll help you out
