im resisting the urge to insult your inteligence, like i said dont knock my goals, im at the breakin point and its either make make some changes or give up on everything, sit here and lecture me about eatting habbits its like i said i know how to eat right i dont need to list it i dont need to be lectured on it, i simply need advice that goes beyond what i eat! every post ive made all i hear is "whats ur diet" AND im telling you its NOT my diet i have been there done that im 25 been this size my entire adult life, and here i am on the number 1 visited anabolic web-site and ppl only talk about diets, yesss im thin and all these yrs ppl say damnnnn you need to eat boy, well that isnt it, i eat all the time and i conciously eat quality food not junk food, no chips just good ole chicken breast, bread, fish even tho i dont like it, WHEATIES (lol) eatting right just doesnt do it, lifting and eatting alone doenst do much either
