since today was just a random day and i wasnt purposely tryin to eat more or less it will be a good example, here is what i ate today.
breakfast:
1 chicken wrap burrito and hash brown pattie from mcdonalds, 16oz coke
1 bottle of gatrorade (20oz) between breakfast and lunch)
Lunch: 1 large plate of spegettii, 1 roll, small salad with thousand island dressing (gnc mega men vitamin and 1 gram flaz seed oil capsul) 20oz sweet tea
dinner 3 slices of pizza hut stuffed crust peperoni pizza
not to mention sipping on no cafienated coke all day (regular coke NOT diet)
Helpful? but then again im not on a trining program at the moment i gave up and i was eatting alot more quality food than that and taking GNC weight gainers to add up to 3000 calories a day, my metabolism is insane i can even drink alot and 30 mins later not feel drunk!!!!!!!!!!! i need advice to slow the metabolism i guess and to increase the appetite
