1-4 Exercises per muscle group
Absolute Strength
Small muscle groups - 2-4 sets
Large Muscle Groups 5-10 sets
1-2 Exercises per muscle group
Anatomical Adaptation/ Active Rest / Endurace
1-3 sets of a full body exercise
1 exercise per muscle group
