Been training for 6 years on and off, been back in to hard for the past 6 months. They are proper noticeable not so much me leg but arm and lat are the worse. Maybe it's my Job I'm a floor layer and
I'm right handed the type of flooring
I do takes a lot of strength to cut the stuff???
