    you didnt understand me. Yes you weight will go up because its depleted. Say it goes up 15 lbs because of the rebound. You will probably loose 5 of that once you settle.

    158 @ 7% bf doesnt equal 180@ 10%. Its simple math.

    WTF? AGAIN; post number #3 is me at 174lbs@8%. That is how i look YEAR ROUND. THAT IS ME. Look at the snow in the back ground ffs. THAT IS MY DAY TO DAY PHYSIQUE.

    174lbs@8% = 180lvs@10% EASY

    and yes it does equate. First you add carbs and water weight will go up. Then you hit the gym with heavy weight and muscle will balloon back and then you increase bodyfat 2 points. thats how you go from 158,5 depleted to 180 full
