I’m a noob when it comes to gear. Like you I have read every bit of information about the subject that I can get my hands on. I have a BSN degree and have worked as an RN for 8 yrs. I am currently working on my MSN. I have had an ISSA certification for the last 6yr. I have worked part time as a Personal Trainer for the last 6 yrs. I thought I was ready to gear up. Man was I mistaken. Thank God I came to this site and asked questions. The people here know their stuff. They are not trying to be asses they are trying to help you. They have years of experience and I am thankful that they are willing to share. What’s easier doing something wrong and messing yourself up or listening, understanding and applying what you learn in order to succeed? Sometimes the hardest thing that we must admit to ourselves is that we need help.
