    Your cycle is complete garbage too and you're not even prepared for it. The only smart thing you can do is STOP RIGHT NOW.
    What can I say I was in decent shape in my 20's but Cancer can really mess you up. Gaining so much weight was my own fault. It is a 120 mile drive to the Gym that I go to 3 to 4 times a week. I don't just sit around in the Gym either my shirt is soaked, and I am absolutly shot before I leave

    This was just going to be a 1 time thing for me. You all say I should stop so consider it done. Now I have no idea where to go from here

    You stop and go to the nutrition section. That's where to go from here.

    The combination of Sust and Deca will shut you down with only a couple of injections. So i recommend at least a light PCT to reboot your HPTA.

    Clomid 75-100/50/25
    Nolva 40/20/20

    In the meantime, i would take Capes advice and focus on a new diet - one that will reflect your intended goals.
