You basically lay down on the floor in the rack as if you were going to do bench presses in the rack but without a bench. So once you are laying down and have your pins set where they need to be you grasp the bar and bring it down until your elbows touch the floor then press up. I have been working them into my routine and perform them as follows: warm up, set 1...6 reps, set 2.....5 reps, set 3 ... 4 reps, set 4-6 ....3 reps. Give em' a shot.
