The original title was Silabolin`s HIT Castle.
Now it has a just pathetic title, which isnt funny either, but i dont care. Once in a while we have newcommers visiting, making the Castle stil alive.

Main topic is your training but every aspect related to it is welcome.
OK, I like to stay out of any drama so I'm not gonna ask.

However, my training isn't HIT, or rather hasn't been in quite some time.
And what I used to do was to cut the training session in two halves;
First half I would lift heavy with long breaks, second half Id up the intensity (short breaks between sets and somewhat higher rep count) going for maximal pump and exhaustion.

Right now I'm doing slow strict and focused lifts, to keep the weights lighter and avoid wear on my joints.

But when my shoulder injury is fine again I'm gonna try more sessions closer to HIT. (Or what I understand HIT to be)
