    However, my training isn't HIT, or rather hasn't been in quite some time.
    And what I used to do was to cut the training session in two halves;
    First half I would lift heavy with long breaks, second half Id up the intensity (short breaks between sets and somewhat higher rep count) going for maximal pump and exhaustion.

    Right now I'm doing slow strict and focused lifts, to keep the weights lighter and avoid wear on my joints.

    But when my shoulder injury is fine again I'm gonna try more sessions closer to HIT. (Or what I understand HIT to be)
    Cool. I dont know what marcus means by HIT too. But its a hip word so why not call it something with HIT.

    And it hit where i wanted. So bad they couldnt take it anymore.

    Ok u dont like drama but some things you need to know. Im a fan of Rich Piana. But he has a bullymobb and most here are followers. Renaming my thread was a tool.
    But i tell you. Even Rich has implants he knows more than all of us together.

    Last drama, this forums Big Dog Marcus is ok. But he can be rough and rude. But its all love. Thats what he says at least.

    I liked your training approach btw. Changing up. Thats one of Pianas main sentences. Keep the body from adaption.
    He likes this for cycling aswell. But in here its all about keeping steady bloodvalues.
    I dont believe in it. And im gonna prove it in my next cycle. Twist and change everything every two weeks.

    Sil, if.you want.to know more about HIT, watch the DY Blood and Guts YouTube videos or do some research on DoggCrapp/Dante Trudel's version of HIT. I personally like Marcus' version of HIT as it fits me and my heavy work.schedule. There is no one "exact" HIT official must do it this way version. However, they all share the train to absolute failure mentality. Look up Mike Mentzer and read some of his stuff (he was also deep into philosophy). Do a Google on "Arthur Jones + HIT". On a side note, Arthur Jones was the original founder and designer of the old Nautilus machines and was very knowledgeable about power curves and how to work muscles in a particularly efficient manner.
    Not hacking or degrading the way you train, but if you truly do not understand HIT, then those would be some excellent places to start.
    Just trying to help if.you legitimately do not understand HIT. I won't interrupt your thread again. I would have PM'ed this info to you, but thought that others may find it useful.
    There are 3 loves in my life: my wife, my English mastiffs, and my weightlifting....Man, my wife gets really pissed when I get the 3 confused...
