    Day 45

    Seated barbell shoulder presses - 40 kg - 10X10

    barbell bicep curls - 25 kg - 2x10 + 3rd set to failure
    Close grip barbell bench press - 52.5 kg - 2x10 + 3rd set to failure
    dumbbell concentration curls - 2.5 kg + bar - 2x10
    + 3rd set to failure

    will up the weight on all exercises next time
