Slow and easy! Work the lighter reps for higher reps or if you have access, do belt squats for a while. It will all come together!
Maybe, maybe, try Jefferson squats to see how it feels?
Edit: If you try the Jefferson squats, only use like a quarter on each end to see how it feels and to allow you room for depth. Go easy though, don't force anything.

That’s great! The stretch really is killer! Especially if you stick with 25’s or smaller! Kills the lower lat which can be hard to hit for some.
Great work! I definitely think you should say hello...maybe strike up convo after workout when leaving to maybe ask out for coffee or something.

It really doesn't take much weight, either. I used them a decent amount a couple of years ago when something let loose in my vastus lateralis while doing hack squats in my 45° leg press.

Last night's training, accompanied by the propionate demon...
Injected 0.75ml in each pectoral major (0.5ml prop 0.25 NPP) around 36h prior to the workout. Pecs were virgin to pinning prior to this. Left pec went ok but much more painful than other muscles typical prop pain. Right pec got all fucked up. Mobility issues and it seems some of the oil must have ended up in a subq little pocket. Didn't want to miss training so grinded it out but I was weaker and no PRs could be hit. But training chest seemed to reduce that pip probably due to the blood flow. Won't inject prop into muscles until AFTER training them lol. But it seems quads,glutes take prop very well. Lats and delts so and so but doable. Maybe my chest needs to get used to it.

Am also getting insane hunger pangs. My body doesn't like being at a certain bodyfat level and will turn me into an eating machine. Worst of all are breakfast and prebed meals and the last two days I've eaten probably 1000kcal above. Will use steamed broccoli at about 1lb for those meals and will try to increase cardio.

Some random cvnt asked me to leave while doing cable negatives - "can't you do that elsewhere" - I enjoyed taking my time to finish instead. He probably had no clue what I was doing so looked like nonsense to him. Guess some are just too vanilla when it comes to training method.

I also need to mix exercise up for my shoulders session. Maybe leave front delts for last as their are stronger and tougher. I don't have the stamina to hit any head with same intensity.
Arms tonight. Will focus on tris as the elbow flexors feel somewhat sore from back day still, brachialis especially.
