This whole thing is a personal preference- even if there is a “law”.
I would say talk to the person and ask them if they could please use a face covering. The respect level diminishes if you go and “tell on them” as opposed to asking them to wear a face covering. Hell thAt could be a t- shirt around your head.
Everyone is assuming the individual is not following the order by not wearing a face covering. What if he has an exemption due to medical reasons?
The personal preference comes into to play that the people that are offended by not wearing a face covering won’t go to his place. The others won’t give a shit and go.
Also, you will see people wearing face coverings that really are not functioning as intended because their nose is out or it doesn’t fit properly, etc.
In that case, if it bothers someone, they shouldn’t go out period.
You have people on both ends of the spectrum. As part of upper management, I need to enforce the laws at work, rather I agree with them or not. I need to try and make it safe for the employees that come to work everyday, whether I agree or not. That is the culture of our company. Outside, it is different . I will not ask someone to put on a mask and I will not stay away from them.
