    the secret is out .
    3-5 pounds of red meat per day.. plenty of good quality carbs. little fiber and veggies for good measure.. and 100mg of Anadrol, 1500mg of test, and 350mg of Tren.

    ^ thats it. its thats simple ..


    oh yeah, you still got to move some heavy ass weight 6 days per week

    350mg is just the baby dose to offset the estrogen load from the gram and a half of test.

    if your trying to grow and put on some size (with slabs and slabs of red meat per day) , you don't want the tren dose too high..

    on the other hand, if your in contest prep and getting lean and jumping on a stage in six weeks ,, nothing wrong with 600+ mg of tren per week.

    high dose tren works better for cutting then for bulking
