Test E only cycle

I was afraid about gyno that's why i did 05mg dex from the beginning

We are all afraid of gyno at one point or another. There are better ways of preventing it, though.

When you beat down estrogen with an ai, you do reduce the risk of gyno, but you also needlessly hinder gains, libido, and immunity.

Nolvadex can prevent and eliminate gyno and is safe to use on cycle. Those dht derivatives I mentioned do the same.

If you make sure you take deca with a dht derivative, you probably won't get deca dick. Go read some of the more modern threads on here that are about 19nor steroids. You do still want a test base, and you'll see a lot of people recommend taking a slightly higher than TRT dose of test and letting the 19nor do the heavy lifting. You also probably will need a DHT derivative as well. I'd suggest proviron, since it's easy on the body and will help with sexual side effects.

But if you're doing a cutting cycle, then there are better drugs out there than deca. And since you've only had one test experience before, I'd suggest doing that again. Or better yet, do a 4-6 week cycle and use a shorter ester like Test P and maybe take anavar or primo with it (primo is quite a bit more expensive though).

That's what i read to run test about 300mg and let deca do the work 400-500mg and stuck with them proviron 50mg every day, but my main question is can i use this stuck for cutting?? a lot of people say that deca is better for bulk

The God's honest truth about cutting is it's not really so much the gear you're taking, but rather your diet, training and cardio. You could come up with the best ever "cutting cycle" and still put weight on, if your diet sucks. Likewise, you could setup the best bulk cycle and end up losing weight if your diet sucks.

The only problem is i can find only test E and Deca from a friend who works in a pharmacy, yeah you are 100% right cutting and bulking is about my diet my training and also my cardio. But that's the reason i was thinking about Test E only and doing it 20 weeks because i can't find any other drug
