1810 calories is going to leave you where you are now, in a catabolic state AKA: starvation mode. Your bosy is desperately holding onto the little food it is getting in a panic.

You need to hire a qualified nutrition expert. I suggest a QUALIFIED show prep coach. Competing is likely not in your near future but a good coach can put you on a fat reducing/mucsle buliding plan, updates, suplements.....
