62 ingredients, but only 4 in somewhat worthy dosages:
Vitamin C
Vitamin E
Magnesium
Zinc
All Amino Acid dosages are a waste.
It's almost funny, look at CoQ10, it's 5mg, and even more funny is B12, you get a whopping 11mcg's.
Personally I wouldn't take it even it was free. It's pretty insulting actually. lol. Sorry, Gaspaco! Animal Pak does not get a stamp from me. Maybe others will chime in~ PLEASE DO NOT ASK FOR SOURCE CHECKS ~

I've used and while I've never crunched the numbers about dosages, it sure was a lot of pills (10 I think) for not a decent payoff. Canister said take 2 paks if ur "hardcore." That's like 20 pills a day!

not only that, but there is no real federal regulation in the supp industry. Biggest concern is the label quite often overstates what's really in the pill. Quite often, (not sure about Animal Stack), ingredients on the label are actually missing from the pill.
I looked into this over a year ago, and it is quite disturbing. There are websites that rate vitamins and supplements on this very issue, measuring what's in the pill vs. what's on the label.
However, once again, make double damn sure that those that are doing the rating/measuring are NOT affiliated in any way with one of the supps they are measuring. I found this to be "common" also, even though the rating company will deny it, one doubter found that one of the authors was an ex board member for one of the vitamin companies that was being rated. And surprise, surprise! He rated this company very highly!!
...I'm sure it was just a coincidence?

I vote for Austinite to make a multi-stack! We need something with quality ingredients and the right dosages. I don't care if its a 20 pill pack, as long as it's good stuff. lol

To be honest, I've been in the vitamin/supplement business for about 7 years now and have to say this is right up there with Muscle Milk. People think its the best thing since sliced bread cause of the name. When broken down, it isnt anything more than a low dosed multi vitamin with useless additives that you dont need. Stick to a good solid multi vitamin and forget about this bs. I agree with the quote a few spots above this who said they "wouldnt take it even if it was free". Just giving you the real deal man. People think Animal Pak is something it is not. They come in all the time thinking they are going to explode off of it not knowing its a Multi Vitamin.
What were your goals with this anyway? Hope this helped and look forward to hearing from ya.

I used to use it when I first started working out in high school. I thought it was the greatest thing until I gained some knowledge. Now itsm just one of them very overpriced useless supplements. As austinite said, I would take it if it was free
