    top five legal supplements

    what you you guys rate as your top 5 legal supplements (i'm not into steroid and such, buti think clen is illegal and i'm not too keen on messing with M1T(

    i take

    creatine
    whey
    mulit-vitamin
    glutamine (in my whey)
    dextrose


    what do you guys think about tribulus?

    It is a standard over the counter drug in the US with a medical use as a bronco diolator. The only problem with the product on that link is that it also contains a decongestant. I have used that product with success but you have to watch your water intake because the decongestant will dehydrate you even more.

    There is one product out there by D&E Pharmaceuticals that has it alone. I think it is called Bolt Ephedrine and is about $40 for 374 tablets.

    When you see Alkaloids you know it is the herbal supplement which is banned. They standardize the herb to reach a level of alkaloids.

    Really need the HCI version.

    Asprin is the least important but I think it is important. It can upset my stomach so I use an adult 81mg pill instead of the full 325mg.

    Everything but Viagra doesn't require a doctor consultation... Viagra only becasue people were dropping their b/p too low and needing medical attention. Everything else is fair game - walk in, pick up 20 testoviron 's and a box of Myoplex

    Whey protein
    Multivitamin
    Fish oil capsules
    ZMA (not a neccesity but still a good supplement)
    Dextrose (in post workout shake)
