Yes sir, I'm impressed w/ my M1T results...
I will post my week by week gains tomorrow, but just to let you guys know about my experience w/ M1T & 4-Derm. I started 4 weeks ago tomorrow at 163 lbs., here I am at day 27 weighing 187 lbs.! That is more than 20lbs. gained. Of course this is my cheat day, and I know I will potentially lose alot during PCT (even w/ my Nolva and Clomid). But I think 24 lbs. in a month is a hell of an accomplishment. Especially w/ my extremely clean diet that I live and breathe by. My bench has also jumped up over 40lbs. I was one of the lucky ones who saw no sides, except maybe some back pain, but it's hard to tell because I have a bad back anyways. Well, I take that back, the boys did shrink, but that is to be expected. Anyways, more tomorrow, just felt that I had to share now.

Post some pics when your done with your m1t. And did you do the cycle i posted or did you do something else?

Sure thing bro, I had planned on posting pics anyways. I did the exact cycle you had laid out. I gained nearly an inch on my arms, an inch and a half on my chest, and 2 inches on my quads (but part of the quads can be attributed to muscle memory), anyways, I will try to get pics taken ASAP.

Nice. I really think that cycle is the best way to run a M1t cycle. Your probably lookin real good after that, 187 is awesome. Im 180 and im happy with that.

Well that one is the best for me, but the sample cycle from the m1t faq is a general base cycle for anyone. FYI other people should not try and take as much clen as i was taking...

what was bodyfat% before and after?
so you can judge how much lbm was gained

Okay, well here were my results of my M1T, this is a written log that I kept up with week by week, it contains week by week weights and measurements, however, I will only post the first and last measurements to save some time.
Date Weight BF% Waist Arms Chest Legs LBM
7-6-04 166.4 10.4% 32.25" 15.5" 43" 24.5" 149lbs.
7-13-04 173.0 10.8%
7-20-04 177.2 11.1%
7-27-04 179.0 11.2%
8-2-04 185.2 11.4% 33" 16" 43.5" 25.5" 164lbs.
My size gains weren't as big as I had thought, because I was looking at the wrong start date, but I am still very happy with my results. I gained 15lbs. of LBM, which is nothing to turn your nose up to.

Okay here are my pics, don't be too harsh. The first pic is the only pic I have from directly b4 my M1T. The last two were taken today (my last day of M1T). Weight in first pic is 165, weight in last two is 185.

Lookin good. Im interested in why almost everyone who does m1t and gets good gains gets deisel traps after the cycle, i've noticed this on myself and a few others.

yeah I agree. Maybe they just grow at a faster rate than other muscles but I have recieved alot of compliments on my traps lately, and really hadn't even noticed how much they had grown until I went back and looked at the pics.

Yeah dude, i stopped training traps about at end of my last m1t cycle and they haven't gone down since. Well haven't completely stopped training them, i still do deadlifts, just cut out the shrugs.

Great results bro....Not much else to say...but im sure that your diet and lifting were dead on to get those kind of results....keep PCT in check and youll be good...

tribulus only works at that doseage its not the whole herb that works but the sapons and to get enough sapons you need 5 grams a day

20 pounds from a 30 day cycle of m1t is not that hard IMO, as long as you have a good progressive training routine and good diet.

It can be done, but doesn't make as much sense. M1T is a much better bulker. Diet will determine if you are bulking or cutting, but you will see better muscle results while bulking. The advantage to M1T for cutting is I wouldn't think you would lose much muscle mass while cutting, and probably even see a small increase. Watch for some water retention also, which will make your cutting results look less until you are in PCT.

BTW Mustang, your question would get much more attention by using the search button and reading the threads regarding cutting with M1T. Also, if you don't find what you are looking for in those, then start your own thread. Much more exposure. Hope that helped.
