FLAX SEED OR OMEGA-3 after cardio?
Hey bros,
Questions, I am finally able to do cardio in the morning, on an empty stomach. I was wondering if I should use Flax seed oil with my protein or omega-3. and also how much should I take, and should I take it more than once a day. I think they come in 1000mg pills, also any recommended brands?
how long should I wait to eat breakfast after doing cardio?

barleans flax oil with lignan is the best you can get imo

Flax seed has both Omega-3 and Omega-6. So IMO Flax would be the better option.

its all the same bro... Go for it..I would take it with a shake in the middle of the day.

Take it after cardio would be best IMO.
