Started Superdrol
ALright so I decided to take Superdrol. I am taking it according to what everyone has said.
WEEK 1: 20mg ed superdrol 1000 mg milk thistle ed 1200mg red yeast rice
WEEK 2: 20mg ed superdrol Everything else teh same
WEEK 3: 30 mg ed superdrol EVERYTHING else teh same
WEEK 4: 30 mg ed superdrol EVERYTHING Else teh same
PCT: clomid 50mgs/ed nolva 20mgs/ed milk thysil 1000mgs/ed red yeast rice 1200mg/ed
I am 172lb 6'1 21 years old and i train 6 times a week religiously. I should be alot bigger but You should have seen me a year AGO!!! ill let you guys know how the cycle is going as much as i can flame away.......Last edited by jdmLove4me; 07-22-2005 at 01:37 AM.

if your using clomid/nolva for pct you might as well follow the pct in the m1t faq to minimise loss of gains...have u only been training 1 year? whats your diet like?

hmmm thats a good idea, ill look into that. No i have been working out for a few years now, I just never focused ONLY on lifting until a year ago. I used to play soccer, then I did Jiu Jitsu and so I had a real hard time gaining. My diet isnt too great but it typically looks like this.
Morning:
Two Eggs
1 piece wheat bread
1/2 cup oatmeal
1 cup orange juice
multi v
snack:
whey protein
and a fruit
Lunch:
this is my bad meal, ill try to have something like subway turkey or rice/chicken bowl but that does not always happen...
snack:
eas protein bar (meal replacement bar)
fruit smoothie (strawberry, bananas, oatmeal, ice, ice cream, oj)
Dinner:
rice and either beef or chicken depending on what my mom made.
snack:
whey protein shake and probably a oreo or two

heaD over to the diet forum n check out bulking diets...you gotta eat like a mad man to grow like 1!

buy flush free niacin and take 500mg 3 times daily
and make sure your fish oil/flax oil is healthy amounts

jsut an update i am at 180 today which is pretty damn cool. I have been eating like crazy too i dunno why but i get so hungry and feel like i am gonna pass out so i jsut keep eating every chance i get!

i put on about 8 pounds of solid muscle too in about 2 weeks.

sorry to reply on your post, I don't mean to evade your space but of the 8 pounds of muscle that you have gained, how much has each individual bodypart has gotten a piece of that gain...
Did you gain 1/2 inch in your quadriceps, biceps, chest, back, shoulders...
Is it just me.. or is everybody more prone to gain more on the legs than any other bodypart?

I've searched as much as I could for this SuperDrol question - does it kill the appitite/hunger like M1t? I really struggled with that.

well i am done and should be starting PCT in a day....i am still at 180lbs. i will get some new pics up for you guys ASAP. i will start my PCT according to teh M1t cycle post and hopefully retain all my gains. i understand some people have their doubts about gains but thats why i posted pics, and i dont have any reason to lie. I am pretty happy with my cycle and MY new goal is 200lb by next summer!

gains sound ok, but if u had consumed more calories during the day you probably would have gained 4 to 5 more pounds. sd really responds to high carbs.....3 grams per pound of bodyweight.... also bro, if you eat like a horse and train you could probably be 200 before then. good luck and lets see the after pics
