    1000 calorie drinks...good or bad?

    I'm having a problem downing my 3000 calories a day and bought some drinks that have 1000 calories and 175 carbs. Do think these drinks are okay lets say before and after workout? Thanks for any input.

    After workout could be good. Take a look at what kind of carbs are in the drink and how many carbs are from sugars
