vitamin shoppe is good its close to me everythings prety cheap in there......u can find cheaper online but with shipping and time itsno worth it vitamin shoppeis a great shop to go to

The best part is, if you buy out of state, no tax! I am going to buy from this boards sponser next. Since I have been at AR I see alot of guys order 10 lb bag of optimum. That sounds much better. I think protein is over priced anyway. They know we need it!

what is the site called thorz it sounds good?........optinum is def better than designer..designer has 17 grams per scoop optinum has 22.....but please whatis that supplement stores website?
