Creatine and morning cardio
If you do cardio in the morning for about an hour 5 days a week, would you have used up all the creatine you've loaded into your body? And lets presume that's true, would I have to take more creatine for bodybuilding or just take my daily dosages after my cardio workouts?
Anybody know this?

You will not need more creatine.
