    Best Brands???

    Newbie here.. Just curious... What brands of supplements people say are best. Best Brand For Glutamine?? and What is the best protein for lifters to take?? There are so many out there... People tell you one thing and then the next guy will tell you something completely different? Just looking for peoples opinions.. Thanks

    well you want a quality brand pick up asts products.......ther is no negative feedback on any of their products..they dont get as much credit as other brands because they tell the truth ....they do not claim to be anything they are not espically Steroid alternatives ......optinum is a good brand if your low on cash and if your looking for mrps isopure are great hope i helped

    You gotta watch out for the name brand stuff. Just becuase it looks cool and is advertised well doesn't mean its any better then the other stuff. Natures best makes good stuff. EAS i've always experienced good results but you pay for it: I don't thing EAS is as good as they used to be. MuscleTech is always good too.

    I recently bought the 1 kilo labrada glut and it came with a little 5 gram scooper. i think as long as you go with a good name brand you can't go wrong.

    SAN makes good stuff, Infusion is a great multiblend protein and V-12 is one of the most powerful creatines out there.

    It all depends on what supplement your talking about, certain brands are better for certain supplements...
