    Clen charlie horse?

    Ive been on clen this week, taking it text book, taurine, water, etc. BUT, when I lift, after a few sets, I start getting like cramps in the muscles im working. Its like I just woke up, and I started stretching to fast, but in the middle of the day. Has anyone else experienced this?

    Im currently on 140mcg, little or no sides at this point, except the cramps. 5g of taurine a day, and at least a gallon of water.

    I haven't used clen yet but it seems your doing everything right from what I've read. The only advice I got is start supplementing with potassium. You can buy them in the vitamin section of any store with a pharmacy. You might even have to up your water intake to another gallon (chewing sugarless gum helps stiumlate thist for me personally). Anyway keep taking the turine, streching, and drinking water. Remember the rewards will be worth it in the end.

    BTW: Is it working in terms of fat loss?

    Fat loss? Oh yes definatly. With my strict diet, exercise, and clen , I lost 7 lbs this week.

    Christ, good losses. Eat some oranges or bananas for potassium.

    a few thousand milligrams a day should be okay, taurine seems to work better though IMO, so i would up the dose of that.
