ALA- would it be beneficial to use only before postworkout shake and not before every
meal. I was thinking of trying ALA, but just before downing my pure Dextrose postworkout shake. Do you think this would be beneficial to help shuttle those carbs? I guess my question is, should I spend the money to use ALA once a day(postworkout) or not?

Yes it will help out. IMO it's worth it.

cool, i will order some up...oh and how much would I want to take before downing that 75 gram dextrose shake. I will be buying 500mg pills. thanks

400-500mgs. works good. I also use creatine and glutamine with it.
