    sleep aid or benadryl

    was in the drugstore and noticed that sleep aids have the same drug diphenhydramine hydrocloride which is in benadryl. its dosed higher at 50mg per tab and works out cheaper..so will this work for upgrading the receptors which were downregulated by clen ? also does this work for ECA stacks as it does for clen by upregulating?

    yes. watch though if there is added acetaminophen(tylenol) to it. you dont want that. just the straight diphenhydramine.

    yep its pure diphenhydramine. alot cheaper too ..for double the dosage..what about the ECA upregulating tho ?

    Don't worry so much about the upregualting of Beta receptors. I think it generally a bad idea, because of the what you are doing to the SNS system.

    Anyways, try some Melatonin, Valerian Root, GABA, ZMA, The in combo are really nice.
