Do you like Lipo 6? I heard mixed reviews on it... I was thinking of purchasing straight synephrine and making my own ECA stack. I'm currently taking fish oil, chromium picolinate and green tea too... what's cla?
Let me know what you think of the cream!

yes,
there do appear to be a number of deleterious effects that guggulsterones have the potential to cause, with no proven benefits. They were dropped from liporexin (now levorex) about 3 years ago when valid research started to be done, indicating that it had no real benefits to cholesterol or thyroid.

dont think the guggulsterones would cause headaches, might be one of the other ingredients. though have heard an out of the ordinary number of complaints of headaches with lipo-6 (as compared to other SYC stacks).

I tried a weird stack, but i wanst ever hungry with it. i mean that is good to a point, but my stomach would growl and i didnt want to eat. 50mg synephrine, 25mg ephedrine, 300mg caffeine, 300mg aspirin 3 times a day.
tho ephedrine at 25-50mg, twice a day with lipo is awesome.
try mixing ephedrine with redline(lquid). this is awesome as well. can make u sick tho, not me but friends of mine.

900mgs of aspirin a day??? dude id go get some blood work done!!!! whether your bulking or cutting you NEED to eat. You want to lose fat not muscle! 25mgs or ephedra, 200mgs of caffeine and 81mgs of apirin is more then enough for an ECA stack. add yohimbe in there if you like. i dont think your method was the best health wise.

aspirin does not increase fat burning, except in a very limited population with a certain genetic defect (all of which are typically OBESE WOMEN).

yohimbine is a peripheral vasoconstrictor. its very activity allows for penetrance through the dermal microvasculature. Yohimburn is not a temporary dehydrating agent. It increases lipolysis locally. It does not dissolve fat. It does allow for restoration and enhancement of fatty acid utilization in "stubborn fat" (A2 rich fat).
