Red bull and fat burner
I heard that red bull is bad for your heart, is this true? How bad is it when you drink a red bull after taking a fat burner? ( I know this might sound stupid to ask but I am going to ask anyways, set all joke aside please!)

well for one thing it contains twice the amount of caffeine ( or maybe more) than a regular coffee. Isn't caffeine is correlated to High Blood pressure?

The combination of a stimulant-based fat-burner and a red-bull would be a potentially dangerous no-no tho.
Relatively speaking, that's like over-dosing on fat-burners.
Palpitations.. tremors... Stroke (on the extreme end of the spectrum) can occur.
I'm sure some have done it with no repurcussions.. but why take the risk?

My heart trauma is cumulative.
The damage we inflict now can/will present itself later in life unless we attempt to curtail it in early life.

it's never that simple.
MYTH: Caffeine increases the risk of heart disease
FACT: Large-scale studies have shown that caffeine consumption does not increase the risk of cardiovascular disease and does not raise cholesterol levels or cause irregu-lar heartbeat. A slight, temporary rise in blood pressure has been observed with caffeine consumption with individual who are sensitive to caffeine. However, this rise is similar to that resulting from normal activity, such as climbing stairs. Still, people with high blood pressure are wise to consult their physician about caffeine intake.
