What do you feel are the best Multi-vitamins out there?
Just wanted to get some opinions as to what you feel are the best multi-vitamins out there on the market? Right now, I use the "Ultra Vita-Man" vitamins from vitamin world. I have no problems with them, but I'm now using the "All Sports Nutrition" company from this website for my supplements since they're much cheaper than vitamin world, so I was looking into getting one of their multi's, but not sure which ones are a good call.
Though I am looking for a high-quality multi, I don't feel like spending a ton of money either though, so please take quality plus affordability into account when giving suggestions. Thanks.

well, did some comparisons, and the liquid multi by labrada doesn't have much of the rda of most of it's vitamins, so it fell way short of what i'm taking now. mega men were comparable to the ultra vita man i use now, only the ones i get are cheaper. both multi 32x and opti-men are both well short of what i'm getting in my current multi. couldn't find the adam brand that you suggested giants, at least not at the place i get my supplements. the animal pak is definitely the best considering the packaging and amount you get in them, but the price is way to high for me. i'm paying less than 1/4 of what it would cost me to use the animal pak.
seems like so far, the ones i got are coming out on top for me considering pricing and amount of vitamins and minerals contained in it. i must honestly say though i'm quite surprised.
